A class inspired by new chapters and beginnings. Reflecting upon our own internal spring clean in creating space for expansion. As we lean more towards the light, planting seeds of opportunity but releasing tension and density in the body for those seeds to come into fruition.

An opportunity for us to explore our inner landscape as we redirect our attention to all aspects of self, mentally, physically and emotionally.

A deeply nourishing practice which aids in increasing our vitality by stimulating our flow of Chi. Yin yoga is a much slower form of Asana practice where poses are held longer to stimulate the deeper elements of our bodies, including ligaments, connective tissue and fascia.

As we sit in stillness during each pose we create a deepened sense of self awareness making the practice very meditative.

This class is suitable for all levels and to participate you will need the following:

  • Bolster, 2 blocks and a blanket

    OR

  • several pillows, 2 books should you not have a bolster and blocks.

: S E T : U P :

Feel free to set up a sacred little space for yourselves where you might like to burn a candle, some incense or perhaps you would like to use some of your favorite essential oils. Ensure you’re dressed in comfy clothing which will keep you warm and maybe have an eye pillow/mask to hand for your Savasana.

The class will be held through Zoom so please make sure you have the latest version of the app. The LIVE will be without music however I will email you over a playlist should you wish to practice with music playing in the background.
